At Supreme Handtools, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every tool we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the tools, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
